We have 24 head of Navajo-Churro sheep in a full range of colors (excluding light tan). I have many raw
fleeces as I have not had time enough to process them. I skirt, pick, wash, card and spin the
wool into a two-ply semibulky yarn.
Raw fleece is for sale for $5.99 per pound. My sheep are not coated, however, I take great care to make sure
they are not 'thrown' hay during winter feeding months and do my best to remove the natural vegetable
matter at picking.
