TIME PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Many of the original oil paintings on the Denton Lund website are currently
consigned to various galleries and therefore must be purchased from the galleries.
For paintings that are purchased from our Studio, we do offer a Time Purchase Plan.

CONDITIONS

*DOWN PAYMENT: A minimum payment of 20% of the selling price of the artwork is required.

*MONTHLY PAYMENTS: A minimum payment of 10% of the selling price of the artwork is required to be paid at a mutually agreed upon time each month.

*RETAINING OF ARTWORK: The artwork will be taken off the market and retained by the artist until the balance has been paid.

*FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS: If payments for the artwork are not received by the artist for three (3) consecutive months, the artwork will be returned to the market and the buyer forfeits any previous payments unless special arrangements have been established with the artist.

CONTRACT

1. I understand this artwork will be withdrawn from the market and retained for me and I agree to pay the balance by ____________________ (specify date).

2. I agree to pay _______________(minimum of 20% of the selling price) as a down payment.

3. I agree to pay _________________(minimum of 10% of the selling price) by the________________ (specify date) of every month.

4. I understand that if the artwork is not fully paid for or is not claimed on or before _________________ (specify date) it will be returned to the market to be sold and that all previous payments by me will be forfeited unless I receive a written authorization from the artist approving any changes to the contract.
